T-Mobile's home internet consistently goes off at my location, as others have also written. I have called T-Mobile 6 times about it, and while they sound helpful over the phone they have not fixed this issue. They sent me the newer 5G Nokia gateway (from the original LTE) and it has the same problem. The issue must be in T-Mobile's network and they are unable to fix the problem. Working on switching providers because T-Mobile's internet regularly dropping and cutting out is not acceptable.

Way to spotty to be that expensive. Constant issues. Almost every morning I have to reset the stupid modem because we have no internet. Oh and they use to try to add to our bill we really have to keep an eye out to make sure they don't charge us more then they promised.

I had CenturyLinks 1Gbps residential fiber installed in Nov 2019. It is incredibly fast !! It is $65 a month, with free modem and install. If you can get this service, you should!!! You won't be disappointed !!!

I've never had a problem with Comcast customer service. They are always patient and helpful. I had some trouble keeping a previous phone number when we changed providers and Comcast went above and beyond to help out. Unfortunately, our internet service has been spotty a few times a year for seemingly no reason, but that's something I've learned to expect from any internet service provider.
