Worst service paying $145.00 for internet, home phone and cable now that I want to cancel internet they say is $120.00 this is ridiculous that are the worse cable company and taking advantage of senior citizens that can't afford their price they offer low price then they jack it up at any time without letting you know it will be let know to the BBB to see if they can do something about this

I was happy with Spectrum and was a customer for many years. I canceled my service as I was moving out of the area. I packed up my Internet router and TV cable boxes, returned them to the Spectrum store the following day, and moved the day after that. Apparently they "billed me", on the day I disconnected everything and packed it up, for the coming month. I canceled the service the following morning when I turned in the boxes. I received that bill on September 17th, over a month after I had moved. They refused to adjust off the charges for the monthly bill of $177.62 when clearly I was no longer at that address or using their service. The claim is that they don't prorate their monthly service and it's not about usage, despite the fact that they know I did not use any part of that service for the entire month. Apparently Spectrum doesn't care if you are a long-time loyal customer. The almighty dollar is more important to them than doing the right thing. I would think twice about signing up with Spectrum.

We placed an order, were told it was a misquote and there is nothing more they can do. After weeks of contacting different reps and supervisors, ONE finally figured it out and we are back on track. In this midst of this, our experience with their reps has been to the point of abusive. Even being on the phone with a rep and hearing others in the background talking about their customers was disappointing. Seriously cannot wait to have more internet choices in our area. Horrific customer service from billing, promotions, customer service, order dept and multiple supervisors. Horrific.
