I switched from AT&T gigabit fiber to 2 GB Google Fiber, and couldn't be happier. My conection went from regularly unreliable to highly reliable, which I attribute to better quality cable and switches at the root level. The Google documentation for the interface equipment was either nonexistent or marginal, but the systen I/Os were largely intuitive. My speeds have indeed doubled, and almost seem bulletproof, with the caveat that the local loops are probably largely operating at 50% capacity. VERY pleased thus far.

I switched from AT&T fiber to Google fiber for the doubling of speed, and am very satisfied. My average download speed is 1900 GB, and average upload is 1400 GB through a 2.5 GB NIC and a 2.5 GB network switch. Thus far, Google Fiber is significantly more reliable than AT&T was,,,shows up mainly in my internal Linksys mesh wifi.

If you enjoy billing issues and being treated like a four year old then TWC is for you. Signed up for autopay two months ago and we still are getting late fees. This is the second time in as many months that TWC refuses to take my autopay until its late, then automatically takes it out anyway three days after due date incurring thirty five in fees and asking for two months of payments. When contacting TWC they will ALWAYS pass the buck to a higher up who may or may not get back to you in a timely manner. There are MANY ISPs out there. This one just doesn't get it.
