We have been Charter customers for years as it has transitioned through multiple buy-outs and have been exceedingly less happy each time. The value of what we get for what we pay is disheartening.

Charter has been a disappointment from the time that they purchased the last carrier we had. Their service is not good and the internet is slow and unreliable. We have been very disappointed.
