Call today to cancel my cable and they said I had to wait till the 17th to cancel and call back because they don't prorate so now I'm stuck with $144 bill for this month and the customer service sucks

While the human side of customer service is good, overall policies of Spectrum are not. Finally could not take the energy it took to fight a bad set up on our mobile service. When you want to cancel, you better do it before next billing cycle starts or you will be paying for another month. I cancelled cable internet service 4 days into new cycle and Mobil service 7 days into new cycle. There in no prorating , just flat out one month. Had Spectrum for 6 years.

My 92 year old neighbor needed service because his internet was not working. Clayton not only fixed the problem, but answered all my neighbor's questions. Clayton was kind, considerate, professional, and above all patient. Hope all your service people are like him! Thanks so much Clayton!
