There is no worse company on the planet than Spectrum. Go without internet if they are your only choice. They used to be the only game in my town till Allo came in. EVERYONE is dropping Spectrum. Worst customer service anywhere. You can't chat with a real person on the website. They have no email to register a complaint. Numerous service outages. I cancelled and went with Allo, so far so good. My billing cycle was such that I ended service with Spectrum on June 8th, but the new billing cycle started June 5th. No prorated refund! "Sorry sir we don't do that." So I paid 65 bucks for 3 days of internet. Spectrum is a HORRIBLE company.
