Horrible internet service! Haven’t been able to watch 15mins of tv without it going out. Called on a Saturday to get new service and they magically had an opening on Sunday the next day for installation. Called on a Saturday to get them to come fix this mess and now they don’t have appointments available until middle of the week. We are switching back to AT&T asap.

Service is down once or twice every month. For just over $100 per month you would expect not to have multiple days of no Internet. They should start deducting cost off of customer's bills for every nonweather based outage lasting over 3 hours.

Was hoping their customer was better than a few years ago but it's not. Never able to get the cell phone activated. Stay away from spectrum all things. Internet, mobile service or cable.

While the speeds may lag with multiple streaming occuring in the home, the overall service of Time Warner is impeccible. Prices are extremely reasonable, especially in that there is no cap.

We like time Warner cable for the most part. It gives us the convenience and internet we need but we wish that it was a bit faster. There are times that we don't get service or the speed is way too slow. Their customer service is amazing though! Very nice and professional workers. We're content with this provider.
