Fayetteville Residential Internet Coverage

With over 200,000 people, Fayetteville is one of the largest cities in North Carolina. As a result, it has access to the internet through various providers and technologies.

Consider Centurylink Prism, which is a major fiber internet provider in the United States. They offer service in areas like Falcon, Vader, and Grays Creek, although coverage stops short of Cedar Creek. Similarly, service is unavailable in the northwestern area of Skibo. The CenturyLink DSL network is much more widespread than the fiber network, extending well beyond Fayetteville city limits into neighboring areas.

Through Windstream, those in the city center and Lakedale have internet access. The network also covers some far western neighborhoods.

High-speed cable is available through Time Warner Cable, which offers service to the entirety of Fayetteville. TW rival Charter currently is restricted to the northern part of Fayetteville. Service begins in Falcon, extending to areas like Shaws, Bonnie Doone, and the city center. However, service is unavailable south of the city center.

Satellite internet is widely available, but offers slower speeds due to a far-traveling signal.

Fiber:

Fiber relies on glass strands to relay digital code and is much faster than both DSL and cable.

I like the service you provide, but I'm really ticket right now. Yall decided to update the system right at the beginning of the super bowl. And I'm stolill waiting on the system to come back up. This wastes my time and I'm missing the game. Bad idea, at this point I'm missing the 1st quarter. Don't do this again or I'll consider going to another company.

Rates increase constantly with no notice. Nowhere close to the speeds you pay for. Constant service interruptions and all day outages with no notice, explanation, repair window, or compensation to the customer. Terrible service, terrible company, no reason or drive to offer better service due to an area monopoly they enforce through legal avenues. Trash
