There are plenty of other providers out there. If you have issues or questions, there is no one to speak with. You must 'chat' first before you can get someone to help you and then they don't listen to your concerns. Xfinity has taken Customer Service out of Customer Service!

Lately alot of slow down with my internet and cable box seems to happen right around payment time. I live in a rural area with not many options. The app is terrible it buffers all of the time I will not renew my contract.

Verizon

I like the speeds and convenience, pricing is a bit high because I dropped cable, way to high for the basic service that I wanted. I don't like the gimmick of saying my rate would be one price for 2 years with a commitment but then after one year raising the rate.
