I just tried to end my tv service and was informed that even though my cable service was ended TODAY, I would have to pay through to the end of the month anyway. This is revolting customer service and everyone should know this and stay away.

I have been an Insight customer for many years. Time Warner just bought them out so now I am a Time Warner customer. I have cable and internet. I don't think that anything can hold a candle to the speed of cable internet, however I do have a problem. Every few nights, everything I connect wifi will disconnect and I have to unplug my modem and router for five minutes, and then reconnect. It is pretty annoying, especially when I need to look something up before work and the internet isn't working. Overall though, the internet is fast and I can connect multiple devices and still get a great speed.

My internet speed is good, but it's way too expensive. I've never had any service issues so I can't really rate their service.
