Xfinity technicians worked on the neighborhood WiFi and after they left we noticed our WiFi was down. Called customer service to get someone to fix it and they can’t have someone here to fix it for four days. Absolutely ridiculous that they mess something up and can’t come fix it within a reasonable time. Do not use xfinity. Terrible customer service and way to expensive for all of the problems we have had before today.
