Worked okay for a few months, then stopped working completely. I couldn't even browse social media on my phone on it the service was so bad. I had to pay $400 to get out of a contract for a product that doesn't even work at all.

DO NOT PURCHASE! the packages are over priced, speeds are slow, once you go over your allowed amount you either have to pay for more or it slows down to where you can't even send an email. If you call tech support, they run u through the same thing, unplug, turn off, turn on, it should work.but when it doesn't work, they act like they have issies with thier headset and can't hear you, then they disconnect you and make u go through the whole process again. Oh, and when u sign up, you have a mandatory 2 year contract for thoer crap service
