Vancouver Residential Internet Coverage

Located along the Columbia River, the city of Vancouver is one of Washington_s largest and most developed metropolitan areas. With the many internet service providers that cover Vancouver, customers have a range of options to compare. There are many companies with expansive fiber networks in Vancouver.

Centurylink Prism is an established provider, bringing fiber service to the eastern neighborhoods of Vancouver Heights, Northwood, Ogden, and neighborhoods east of these three areas. Coverage is also available in the north, in areas like Lincoln and Fruit Valley. Through CenturyLink, all of Vancouver can access high-speed DSL coverage.

Another growing fiber internet provider in Vancouver is Frontier. Currently, the network is limited to the eastern neighborhoods of Oakbrook, Burton Ridge, and Landover Sharmel.

Cable provider Xfinity has an expansive network that reaches beyond Vancouver in all four directions. The same is true for Megapath, which reaches Fruit Valley in the west, North Image in the north, Fishers Landing in the east, and Old Evergreen Highway in the south.

Through Sawtooth Technologies, those in eastern Vancouver enjoy consistent internet access. Service is available in a handful of western neighborhoods, including Lincoln, Shumway, and Arnada.

I have been with Centurylink for almost ten years. Over the years there have only been a couple of instances with my service, weather related, squirrel damage, and an upgrade to fiberoptics. A little hard to get to a real person but when you do there has never been an unpleasant exchange and the issue always resolved in a positive way. All in all a very nice company to do business with.

Ok, broadband user for over twenty years or so... Complained and complained about high pings and dropped connections for years... XFINITY would come out but never really see the problem... I just dealt with it since they really have a monopoly on broadband. So, about two months ago, XFINITY gives a heads up about service outage for upgrades. Great, I think! Well, after the upgrade, all the issues have seemed to went away... Go figure! Nothing like paying and paying and paying, but never getting really what you are paying for. Twenty years later and I think they got it! Whew!

This company is a complete rip-off, DO NOT waste your time and money with AT&T. I don't think I have ever dealt with a more dishonest and full-on scam artists like I have with AT&T. They will say one thing and completely do another at every single turn, then when you try to cancel and move to another decent company it will cost you 5 times what it should. Don't even bother trying to get a hold of your so-called business account rep, they won't answer a call or email. I had 16 lines with AT&T for years and they have lost my business as well as pretty much everyone I know.

They will increase the price of your contract by 80% without any warning and will charge you two times the amount of your original plan to get out of your contract.

Buyer beware. We're paying for 40 mbps on DSL, but getting just 1-5 mbps. Customer Service can't help, but reps transfer my call around to keep their call time metric from looking bad, even transferring me to unrelated departments, just to end their call. Buyer beware.

I would give them no stars if I could. They were okay the first year but when my promotion was up they promised they could get me one price per month but charged me over one hundred dollars per month, customer service was less than helpful, they said they fixed the problem but the next month the bill would be even higher. I canceled after six months because I was so upset with how they were billing me and they didn't give me any money back.
