When available the speeds are ok. The big thing when it is available. It shuts down weekly. That Is a problem when you work from home. Realiability I would give them a 2. As much as it is down they should refund some of your monthly payment for the trouble and lack of Using the service when it is off.

Worst provider I've ever had....and I've had dish. Service is terrible, streaming app for iPad is terrible, randomly shuts down. Cable DVR is 5 years behind other competitors, customer service is incapable of fixing anything. If you call them, prepare for hostage situation and no results. CONSTANT OUTAGES. CONSTANT !!! And your bill increases little by little. Absolutely terrible.
