The lack of customer service is infuriating. I saw an ad today for a Lumos plan $27/mo less for twice the speed. We have been overpaying Lumos for years as it turns out. Also, two days ago we had old Lumos equipment replaced that the tech called "stone age" and that they (Lumos) should have replaced long ago. That's how they treat customers of 12+ years. I'm moving to a new provider.
